OK, so here is the conundrum that every stylish mom has in her life. What to wear when taking your little snot monsters and piggies out, and it gets more difficult to dress up if that outing involves eating out.
For eating out you know that you are going to get sprayed with milk, water and all things gooey. You know that your little one will insists that high chair is for suckers and he/she wants to sit on a throne called mum’s lap, you know that at some point you will beg your little prince to just take one bite from the strawberry for fiber while he will be busy licking maple syrup from dad’s plate and you know you will be running errands like a fool on this monster’s behest.
So you all know that the struggle is real J, When my husband announced he is not living without fried bacon one more weekend I had to get out of my PJs, lug the giant diaper bag and stuff everything in car early morning for a typical American breakfast.
Well brace yourself for long waiting times because I think no one want to cook on Saturday morning.
I decided to keep it simple and errand-friendly today. For breakfast/Brunch the idea is to keep it simple and classy, Don't bring out your dresses/bling for this time of the day.
With soaring temperature in North-West I decided to go for classic denim shorts and teamed it with Grey Cat Tee from Kate spade. This is one of the staple-types Tees, Its soft and airy and will go very well with denims/shorts and skirts too.
To add a splash of color I decided to wear my go-to flats , Tory Burch Reva flats in tangerine color and picked up my matching Coach bag.
I am ready to deal with anything my little monster throws at me :) including the yummy things from this plate.
